I just got into riding, passed my MSF courses with no real problems, and was talked into buying the 2001 silver blue Savage (when I actually had my mind & budget set on a beginner bike such as the Marauder 250). The equivlent price (I live in Canada) that I paid virtually new at 0.6km was about US$3250 before taxes, freight and other taxes. Was that a good deal?
Anyway, i'm in the process of breaking it in right now, and have taken it up to about 70kmph during my second time of riding solo and have noticed that if I go any faster, I might lose some control. That leads me to wonder if a windshield would help me out a bit.
Can anyone here recommend on a windshield to look into and what kind of price would be decent for it? Thanks for your reply!
